The creation of a disease model is a comprehensive process that involves several critical steps. Each disease model requires the generation of 80-120 medical avatars, depending on the complexity of the disease. Here’s an overview of the process:
The process begins with the mining and qualification of relevant biomedical data. Each disease typically requires 3-6 datasets, which are methodically curated and validated.
Each dataset takes approximately three months to translate into a population of medical avatars. This step involves converting raw data into usable formats that accurately represent patient profiles.
For the M-platform to match a patient with a medical avatar, it is essential to identify optimal biomarkers that can be analyzed in blood. This critical step ensures the functionality of our medical avatar and typically takes 4-6 months to complete.
